MOA Targets was founded in 2013 by Mitch “NVgeologist” Gerlinger, a shooter who wanted targets for his back yard in Reno, Nevada. Having grown up in the steel industry, he started with scrap metal and quickly learned better. Before long, and with the help of a dedicated team of minions, he was producing durable, high-quality steel targets made to withstand the rigors of not only what dedicated professionals can bring to bear on a target, but what the average public land or range enjoyer can think is a good idea. We build target systems suited for individuals, ranges, training facilities, and LE/MIL clients. Over a decade later and now located in Kingman, Arizona, at the ATF Convenience Store, MOA Targets is a trusted name in the shooting community. We like to believe we known for clean designs utilizing laser cut steel, for precision, to support robust designs, and for the minimal heat affected zone of the cut giving maximum durability and target longevity. But we’re actually probably better known for our shenanigans.
