Target Impact Signal System (TISS)

The Target Impact Signal System (TISS) confirms long range, close range, or tactical target hits by generating a flash each time the target is struck. TISS is designed to provide an immediate, accurate response for the long range shooter.

TISS is easy to install and caters to any market including military, law enforcement, hunters, and extended range shooters.

Fasten the TISS sensor to the back of an impenetrable metal target (industrial mounting strips included).  The sensor signals the strobe light to flash each time a bullet strikes the target. The target impact sensor is connected to the flash unit with a 10 to 20 foot cable, which is included in the system.

TISS 1:

• Includes TISS1 strobe unit, 12 feet of cable, target box, and 2 AA batteries
• Time to first flash: 2 seconds
• Time to next flash: < 2 seconds
• Flash visible: > 1000 meters (1093 yards)

TISS 2:

• Includes TISS2 strobe unit, 20 feet of cable, target box, and 2 AA batteries
• Time to first flash: 2 seconds
• Time to next flash: < 2 seconds
• Flash visible: > 1200 meters (1312 yards)

TISS 3:

• Includes TISS3 strobe unit, 20 feet of cable, target box, and 2 AA batteries
• Strobe unit has selectable flash discharge modes to adjust for desired time between flashes
• Mode 2 operation allows for multiple strikes per second
• Time to first flash, mode 1: 6 seconds
• Time to next flash, mode 1: < 6 seconds
• Time to first flash, mode 2:: 8 seconds
• Time to next flash, mode 2: < 0.5 seconds
• Time to first flash, mode 3: 8 seconds
• Time to next flash, mode 3: < 1 second
• Flash visible to: > 1400 meters (1531 yards)
